- Graduated from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, one of the top law schools in California
- Started career as a prosecutor for the City of Los Angeles
- Worked with colleagues such as Johnnie Cochran and past District Attorney of LA County, Ira Reiner
- In the 1980's established his private law firm in Pasadena specializing in the defense of criminal cases
Mr. Fountain is a very experienced trial attorney and over the years he has tried hundreds of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanor petty theft matters to murder cases involving potential death penalty consequences. He has gotten many clients acquitted.
